Brakes

I have a 1994 Ford Mustang GT & lost control of it on
1/6/17 in snowy weather after I pulled out where I wreck it
it is losing control every time I hit a bump or ice but will
drive just fine on a road that doesn't have no ice or bumps
also I was driving on bad brakes that never been changed
look under the car & everything seems to be ok so can
anybody help me wit this problem

I would suggest taking to a shop you trust, get it up on a hoist and have it checked out. That left front wheel look like it hit.

As my friend Rowefast posted, it needs to be put on a lift and looked at. Replace the brakes!
