Water leaking on passenger floor

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have water leaking on the floor of the passenger side. I noticed it during a few days of rain which led me to believe there was a broken seal in the door but I checked it and can't see anything and when I drove into work today there was more water on the floor. Haven't used the a/c at all in a few months.

Any ideas?

A drain port is clogged. I have the same car and the same problem. I had it unclogged 2 years ago for $400.00. The same problem just started again. They literally took a good part of the car apart to see where it was clogged. Between this and the recall on the transmission chip, I will NEVER buy another toyota again. I can change breaks, serpentine belt, air filters and change the oil myself, but this is out of my expertise. I can't believe I have the same problem twice in two years.

2003 corolla. pulled back carpet as instructed. found drain hose and gently pulled. end of hose came right out of hole... no water. got a bowl to catch water. blew in end of hose and voila, half a quart or more came down into bowl. problem solved. suggestion: when you vacuum car also vacuum the area from whence the windshield wiper motors extend--the area covered by the fine screen. get all those leaves and everything out of there.

The one I'm working on this a 2005 Toyota Corolla CE and it's not the condensation drain it's coming in from somewhere else I was looking to see if anybody else had seen the problem but it's definitely from rain because the car hasn't been driven a whole lot and I checked the condensation drain and it is dry so I've got to be getting water in from Michael windshield seal or something like that just wondering if anybody else has had that issue

I have a 2005 Corrolla. After heavy, I have a puddle in the back driver seat. I checked the drains in front of the sunroof - one was blocked, i cleared it. i didn't see drains in the back. some on u-tube have used a silicon sealant around the door seal. I haven't done that yet, but it seems like the next step.
