Toyota corolla not turning on after driving it

after driving turning car off, it wont turn on for a good hour or so.

That's usually the distributor that goes bad. Try replacing with one from a salvage yard. There is a tiny pick up coil in the bottom of the distributor. When these begin to go bad, you have the exact condition that you are experiencing. I have had two Toyotas do the exact thing.
