Hello hockeycanada-- Now that's a question that I always refuse to answer. Color is strictly in the eyes of the beholder. Do you like it? That is all that matters. From a practical point, dark colors will show scratches and dirt more easily than light colors. The rest is up to you. Was Wayne Gretzky better than Gordie Howe? Good luck from Bovan (hockeymassachusetts).

Unlike most vehicles a Jeep holds resale value no matter the color, get what you like.

If you go with the silver, it will be less noticeable when you pick up some "pinstripes" on the trails.
