2007 camry xle timing belt or timing chain 6 cyl ?

It has regular oil & filter changes, lots of highway miles commute 240 mi daily to work,
mileage near 300,000?
Slow to start today

TIming belt......but starting slow has nothing to do with the timing belt. You probably just need a good tune up. Don't know when the last time you changed your timing belt, but you should do them around 80k. Check your manual for exact milage.
