My car seems to be freaking out

I was during home with my son and my horn began to
beep on its own, and my lights in the dashboard begin to
flicker. I pulled over to turn it off. When I tried to turn the
car back on, the dashboard lit up but the engine did not
turn on. After sitting there for 10 minutes in the heat, it
tried to turn it on again but now my radio doesn't work
and had a little trouble shifting gears

I have a 2006 Toyota Camery Hybrid, my sister i law was driving it the other day and she said it overheated while driving it, she kept driving till it died, and she continued coasting as far as she could on a mountain road, it was taken to a local gas station and parked, when I got to the car, the radiator cap was blown off , so I tried to refill the coolant , but it leeked out I looked to see ware it was coming from, it seems to be from the water pump, as well I opened the the oil cap, and the oils smells burnt and the color is dark brown? While I was looking at the engine I had my son press the ignition button, when the engine tried to start I saw a puff of smoke come from the exhaust manifold area and then the engine stopped, what could be the possible problems 3 Answers
