Can anyone help?

I have a 2006 avalon and we just changed the alternator as well as the battery. However when we go to start it it does not start. The lights and everything come on except for the radio and we can not raise the windows up. can anyone help?

i had the same problem in my 2006 toyota avalon after changing my alternator we took the battery out and charged it overnight and now everything works except the radio, anybody know what i can do to get my radio working i only see a blue screen with the letter F in the bottom left hand corner

Look in engine compartment fuse bank, check 15A fuse marked RAD1

I have the same problem currently. I read that it may be due to bad CD in the CD player. I re-set battery and looked up the fuses. Even the air temperature sensor. None of these seem to resolve the issue. Looking for some solution.
