Toyota dealership where I bought my car new and have had all service done sugested that I have a $295 transmission flush. I have 100000 miles on it. The maintenance book sais that it wasn't necessary.

I would not have it done unless there is a problem. You don't need a fuel injector cleaning unless you're buying bad gas. Service departments have to show a profit and there's a lot of profit in some of these unnecessary services.
