engine bogs whenever i push the gas pedal all the way to the floor

car has a 4.6   when the engine is cold , it runs like crap,   whenever it heats up, it runs
great,  but whenever i push the gas pedal all the way down, it bogs,  really bad, i have to
let up on the accelerator and it will start to go again,   replaced the fuel filter,   swapped
out the butterfly housing with the tps sensor,  still the same,   any ideas?
