I have replace: the fuel fitter, furl pressure regulator, idle air control valve,  and I had the throttle body cleaned and sometimes it still run rough some time( comes and goes)

It could just be low oil pressure. I had a similar issue with my 4.6L engine. Kind of a death sentence for the engine, there is some oils you can use to stabilize the oil pressure in the engine however. Change spark plugs too, but your local mechanic can do a oil pressure test and confirm.
