The dreaded head gasket maybe. Or cracked or warped head, especially if it has overheated badly, but a warped head causes head gasket to blow. But first make sure it's actually motor oil, not ATF. And just for fun, pop radiator cap cold, start and allow to warm up and watch for bubbles. That is another sign.
