Get the front end looked at by a professional. Your in potential danger, so are others on the same road you are.

It may be a wheel out of balance, a bad tire getting ready to throw a tread, a wheel bearing getting bad, or a bad steering component. Are the wheels wearing even or is one side or the middle wearing faster? How old are the tires? I got rid of my vibration in my Corvette when I replaced the 11 year old tires. 85% wear left on the tires, but the tread was starting to let go due to age.
