I need to remove drivers power seat which is all the way back and the power seat stopped working, breaker is good? I can get the two front nuts off but can't get to the back ones.

Remove the bottom seat cushion from the seat bucket (Push down on the metal seat fastener at the front center of the seat) and you will be able to unbolt the entire seat from the seat tracks. This will give you access to the tracks without the seat being in the way.
