Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Simple to fix. Ignore the bs that, you find on the
web. My 1984 ran crappy and overheated on hot
days and after hot starts.
This is the fix!...
On the fan relay jump the farthest connector with a
wire to a fuse that hotnwith ignition on. Plug the
relay back in to hold the wire in place. The fan will
now run when ever you start the car. Tou will never
reach 210 degrees.

However you will likely wear out the fan motor much quicker cause it's not made to run 100% of the time. But it will keep you motor cooler. The normal running temp for LT1 is 200-210. I know that sounds to hot be not for these motors.
