What are the timing specifications for this engine? The emission label is missing

Trying to find all information regarding timing mark, idle, etc as found on the original emission label, which is missing from the car I just purchased.

Hi dbencat. I think you really need to get yourself a Chilton's manual. I'm guessing your local library with have a copy of the Chilton's for your vette, but if not your local bookstore or parts store will.
