I have already replace the Wiper motor both under the hood & the one one the dash.  I was told either one of these would be the problem. No dice! The problem is this, the wipers work, but I have no interment, it only goes speed - fast... any suggestions???

Hi Kuki! You have to be down to the switch and/or relay on the wipers. Talk to the parts guy at the Chevy dealership and find out how to switch these guys out. It would be a shame if that's it after you replace the motors but I think that's where you are headed. You probably want to pick up a Chilton's for you Vette at this point (or some other repair manual). It might have saved you some money in this case. Good luck!
