Have a 2002 Lexus 430SC with 18" Continental extreme contact DW 245/40ZR 93Y got a blow out. loved the way the car handled with this tire so much better than the run flats! That tire is discontinued!

I did find some Continentals extreme contact DWS 245/40ZR 97Y
The tread pattern is quite different if I replace the two rear tires will I have any issues?

You might find a single used Continental extreme contact DW on eBay. If not, buy a new pair and sell your remaining one.
