Try turning the ignition to accessory first, then off. Wait a few seconds then try starting it

I WANT TO KNOW WHAT CAUSED THE MOTOR TO SHUT OFF. IT SEEMS TO BE A SAFETY HAZARD THAT CAN CAUSE A SERIOUS ACCIDENT.
