The cup holder in my Lexus SC 430 is stuck. Part of the gears or parts that make it open fell apart, and it fell under the holder. Now the holder wont fit in it's compartment. How do I get to the area the part is in to remove it?

Vsc, light and brake light ON. Brake pedal goes to floor. Was driving brake light came on. Vsc light was always on had no problem, until brake light on. No brake pressure.
