How can I make my vsc light and engine light turn back off

The check engine light is telling you that you have a problem. You need to fix the problem!

Anytime the OBDII detects a problem in the drive train it automatically shuts off the VSC and TRAC system. It's set so no non-driver controls are applied, throttle and/or brake, which is what VSC does. Get it scanned to see why the CEL is on and when you fix that the VSC light will go off, there is nothing wrong with it
