I have a 1999 rx 300. I have a continuous motor like noise in the passenger side dash. Any help would be great.

Does it happen when the A/C or heat is on. Sometimes you can hear the motor for the fans operating but it should be happening all the time. Unfortunately unless I hear the sound I wouldn't be able to tell you where the noise is coming from. Autozone.com has a good troubleshooting section where they help you identify components by noises. Good luck. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Sounds like the blower motor plain and simple. Not an expensive part, but the labor to dig into the dash could be costly. Blower motors can/will continue to operate just fine for a long time regardless of the noise. However, the noise is definitely a sign that it is beginning to wear out.
