antenna goes up and down while driving and when stopping the dash lights dim and the car almost stalls

RX with 197,000 miles, antenna just started going up and down while driving
and when coming to a stop the dash lights dim and then go out as the car
almost stalls. Shift to neutral to keep the engine idle up and lights come back
on.
