Someone has made an offer through CarGurus and I have accepted the price they offered.

Does this constitute a contract and am I obligated to sell the car to this person?

What if they don't follow up and there are other offers on the table?

If they don't follow up that is their problem. Tell buyers that it is first come with cash, first serve.

Put conditions of sale everytime you are dealing with negotiations online. Put down the deadline the deal has to close.
