When do you replace a 2002 LS 430 suspension?

Is there a certain mileage that indicates that shocks absorbers and struts need
replacement

There is no preset mileage to replace components. If you notice they begin to leak or make excessive noise over bumps, then you may have to take it to a repair shop to verify which one and have it/them replaced.
