I have a 1994 LS400 and when parking the car I can remove the key without putting the car in park. If I am not careful the car can roll away. Has anyone else had this problem and was it repaired.

There is a cable that runs from the Shifter to the steering column That is more then likely broke. see it all the time even with newer cars.
