Catallac converter solenoid on 1995 lexus LS400

After getting on the road  car shuts down accleration pedal does not  work

There is no solenoid for the catalytic converter, it's part of the exhaust. To verify ur catalytic converter is or not plugged up, disconnect oxygen sensor downstream from the catalytic and see if it runs for a while just to verify, you'll get some codes from check engine when you do it, in addition to the ones you may already have
