2008 Lexus IS 350 has tacky dashboard

Dashboard is sticky. How should I clean it?

I'm a woman there's no way I can replace a dashboard. I don't have the tools or place tondo this any other suggestions please?

This was a recall with my Lexus IS 350, 2007. I had to take it in to Lexus for inspection a year ago, and it took 1.5 years for the recall replacement. Dashboard replaced, now waiting on side door panels to be replaced due to recall.
