That is typically a menu item in your driver option list. If you do not have the manual for the car either get one or just hunt around in the car's display.

Here may lie the answer. It works on my GS350. As you may notice, there is a kind of rocker switch with lights for left and right adjustments for the side mirrors. Try depressing that switch in the dead center. Try it a couple of times and when both lights are off, you've done it. Neither mirror will move downward as you back up.
