I have a 1999 Lexus gs 300. My lower control arm bolt is stripped. Also where that bolt connects to the body of the car is stripped. I even tried to have it welded and it did not hold. I'm guessing because

I don't have a good answer, but what I am thinking is to find a good fabrication shop for repair, Just need to find the right guy with a good imagination & skill.
