my 2003 honda crv has a vibration around 60 kilometers an hour it happens only when overdrive is turned on it is fine when overdrive is turned off could this be a transmission problem?

Yes, I suppose, You need to check CV joints, drive axles and propeller shaft, first of all. If they are ok, it may be problem in gearbox...

I thought that you should not engage Overdrive unless you are going over 70Kph and on the highway?
