I have a 2004 Honda CRV and has 110,000 miles on it do I need to chang the timing chain

No recommended preventive maintenance interval for replacement. When the chain becomes stretched, you'll end up with a check engine light. Staying on top of oil changes and keeping your oil filter fresh will help to properly maintain the chain. If taken care of, the chain last for as long 300,000 miles before stretching to the point of needing to be replaced.
