Car was not ready for emissions test

I had my Corvette in storage for 6 months with the battery disconnected. Reconnected battery and it started right up. I then drove it in for emissions test so that I could get new license tags and it said it was not ready. I have since drove it about 20 miles at different speeds and don't know if it is ready or not. What do I have to do?

You'll need to drive enough for the PCM to reset and recognize the various emission sensors (o2s, cat, etc). drive it at least another 20 or 30 miles and keep it under 60. I've heard you need a few start cycles as well. (a cycle is start, warm up, then cool down). Next time you need to store the car, don't disconnect the battery, use a float charger to keep it charged up.
