I recently got an 87 base model camaro with the
305. I want to put a 350 in with high rise intake,4
barrel carb, trick flow heads,trick flow headers and
a thumpr cam. But I also want my brakes and
things to work as normal an I do this.

Check out Chevy crate engines that GM sells. They have what are called Connect and Cruise that make it a breeze to do an engine swap. http://www.chevrolet.com/performance/crate-engines.html
