Honda Jazz Radio not working

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a Honda Jazz radio that doesn't want to work, the power/volume
button and the tuneing button works fine, but the screens like frozen on
whatever it did last and no matter what buttons i press it wont work and
there's no sound coming out of the speakers, the CD player ins't working, i
put the cd in and it says "CD Load" then ejects the CD and i have tried lots of
different cds? Any ideas whats wrong or how to fix it?

@Jazz_0012 i bought a second hand unit to replace, was easier then trying to fix a small piece which i couldn’t identify
