my vin numbers don't match up.

So I bought a 1990 rs but the vin on title don't
match my door or dash vin..I asked dmv and they
said it's an RS not the LS like the vin on my door
and dash say..just wondering is there a way to find
out if it's really an RS with parts from an ls?

Always check that all the numbers match when purchasing a car- how in the world did you get it registered like that? do you live in Zimbabwe or something?
