I had did a request to sell my Lexus to you last week and I will accept that offer
at 31,700. It was good for 7 days and the request was last thursday.

You don't want to call Cargurus Customer Service. I know from personal experience their representatives are rude, unhelpful, and like to hang up on people! Email them at user_support@cargurus.com and you'll have much better luck. Hope that helps! Jim
