ITS COMING FROM THE MOTOR, WHEN WE THROTTLE IT UP IT STARTS TO WHISTLE, WE TOOK IT ALL APART AND CLEANED IT ALL, CHECKED ALL OF THE PARTS FOR CRACKS AND CLEANED THEM, PUT THEM ALL BACK, STILL WHISTLED, ANY IDEAS
