Oil pressure sending unit going out? Usually on the top front of the engine with a wire/plug on top of it
I would have thought of that too but when I lose oil pressure I start hearing ticking so I do not believe that is the oil pressure sending unit but that is one thing I am will be changing soonI really do appreciate the comeback though
So you're thinking that maybe there still is an oil pressure problem and you're hearing the hydraulic lifters starving for oil? I guess the next step might be to pull the valve covers and watch while the engine is running. Might be a tad messy but you should get a really good idea
I will remove the valve covers and check that is my first availability and get back to you on that I did not think of that thank you
