Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 94 GMC sierra 1500 350 tbi and I was on
my way home in the snow one day and I was
almost home and I stopped at a shop sign and
went to take off again and it stalled at about 1300
rpm nothing below. But of I floor it it'll pick back up
and go. Now I got home and I parked the truck and
and I wemt out later that night amd it ran fine. Well
up until it warmed up a little bit and it started doing
it again. Now its a pattern I just repalced the IAC
valve because of and idle issue. My mind is racing
on what it could be.

If your fully obd1 compliant and the check engine lite works, did you check for applicable trouble codes, before replacing anything? Yeah, with idle issues I check and clean anything to do with idle air system. The passages in throttle body, all clean? If temp related, check the coolant temp sensor. Might need to check if fuel system running rich or lean when problem is ongoing. My last two sentences may be related. I always try to check everything before replacing parts. Just my opinion.
