CS-1537 camshaft

i have a 1992 4.3L Z code vin. wondering can i just install the CS-1537
camshaft from W code vin and run it?

Dont run a used cam... If you change the cam you're going to have to get nee lifters. If failing to do this the results will be catastrophic and will end up toasting the motor. Get a used motor or new cam/lifters.
