Power failure

Hello, I recently did my engine overhaul on my 2005 opel zafira 1.8 and all was well immediately
after, but after about a month now the car is beginning to loose power again, what could be the
problem?

You rebuilt the engine yourself?! Now you want to ask us what is wrong? funny- it could be a hundred different things- good luck with that-
