I have a 1995 Honda Accord can I use 1994 parts such as radiator, head lights..frontal parts in general?

Headlights, yes. Radiator, depends on whether both cars have the same engine. The 2.7L V6 and 2.2L I4 used different radiators. While the radiator might technically fit into the space, I don't think I'd use one from a different sized engine since they have different cooling requirements. If both years are the same engine, you'll find most parts are the same. Facias might have been a little different in styling/looks, but should have the same mounting hardware and locations.
