What are models with the lowest
cabin or road noise among newer
models. Driving in the city I can hear
dashboard and panels rattling or
buzzing at lower speeds.

I rented a brand new Dodge and it rattled like an old jalopy. My Fords are mostly rattle free after 200,000 miles. Ask owners of cars that you are considering.
