It's a lot more than can be described in a few posts. I searched for instructions, but the 2.8 has been out of production for quite some time. I highly suggest buying a Chilton (preferably) or Haynes (more affordable and easier to find) repair manual. There are very specific torque values and bolt sequences that need followed in order to have the repair last for more than 10 seconds after the motor gets put back together. I recommend removing the hood as well makes it soooo much easier, you can lay it back over if rain comes. But before that, are you sure the headgasket is blown? Was there coolant in the oil? What happened?
