I've been told by new and used car dealers that you
don't need a driver's license to buy a car , and the
Leavenworth Treasurer tells me you only need a
valid Ks. ID. to register the car and buy a plate. I
found an insurer to sell me car insurance.  I just
need to know if you sell used cars w/o needing a
driver's license.
