Bio diesel

I am looking into buying a used diesel truck and
have found a number of biodiesel. I hear that
biodiesel is sometimes hard to find at the pump.
Will it harm the engine to use regular diesel ?

It is just a regular diesel, When listing a vehicle it sometimes only offers bio diesel on the drop down menu, It is weird I know but I have never seen a bio diesel vehicle in my 15 years in the business!
