Are dealers allowed to charge extra fees since the pricing is non-negotiable?

We have selected a car and the invoice price include $985 in dealer fees.  This
is in addition to state taxes and license fees.  They also have a processing fee
that is reasonable.  I find the thousand dollar fee non-transparent and not
obvious in your service pricing.

Unfortunately this is normal for most dealers. You can always try to negotiate with them.
