Installing heads on 5.7 HEMI

I had a head leak on my 06 dodge charger 5.7
HEMI. It did over heat.  Took it apart and when I
was putting it back together I cant get the
passenger side head to drop on the gide post to
blot on.    Driver side went on no problem.
