CarGuru not listing comparative values for vehicles with reconstructed titles

Asked by ak8stars Mar 23, 2018 at 08:22 AM

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I listed a vehicle for sale on CarGurus that has a
rebuilt title and because the VIN shows up as
salvaged your site does not give any pricing. Why is
that? And is your site not for salvaged vehicles?

Use the "contact us" link below to ask the site's administrators directly. AFAIK, it may be due to the fact there aren't enough similar listed cars with rebuilt titles for their algorithm to make a price comparison to. This site's really geared towards new car listings and price comparing new vehicle listings at dealerships. Price comparisons on older vehicles and ones with special conditions probably fall by the wayside.
