They are under no obligation to reply to you, just as you have the right not to reply to messages.

It happens a lot. Plenty of people are just tire kicking or they accidentally send you a reply when they meant to save your ad, etc. Don't sweat it. I know it's frustrating, but you will eventually get someone who is serious that will message you back.
